As well as the sitting area around the fireplace and TV there is a refectory table and chairs for meals and a bookcase with lots of material to curl up with in front of the fire. A wing chair and antique spoonback chair as well as a large sofa provide lots of comfortable seating. You won't care if the weather is wet and cold outside!

The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. There is also a dishwasher as well as a washing machine/dryer and fridge/freezer. Toaster, microwave, kettle are provided as well as electric oven and hob.

The beds can be arranged as a large double or twins. |We bought high, comfy traditional beds for a  really comfortable night's sleep. A good sized clothes cupboard and a chest of drawers. There is a deep window looking out over the front gardens to the fields beyond. Original beams.

A modern heated bathroom with shower and storage cabinet. Right next door to the bedroom. Even the bathroom has original beams!

Can be a double or twin room. Glorious country views out of the dormer windows. There is a door at the bottom of the flight of stairs to the bedroom that ensures total privacy. Modern ensuite shower and WC. There is a bedroom make-up table with a mirror.
