The focal point of the villa is a huge double height atrium that has comfy chairs, an impressive dining table and chairs and lots of space. The design allows the island’s natural breezes to flow through the house assisted by the overhead fans - meals can be enjoyed in cool and airy surroundings. We sourced antique furniture from auctions in England and shipped them out to create a luxurious feel.

Watch the sunset, drink in hand, whilst relaxing upstairs on the spacious first floor balcony with a view over the pool, trees and towards the sea. As night falls the dancing of glow-worms and call of tree frogs add a wonderful exotic feel.

The poolside terrace has a large dining table and up to 10 chairs, for outdoor eating, overlooking the floodlit pool. The perfect breakfast spot in the morning shade.

The spacious kitchen comes complete with a breakfast bar for informal dining, an American large fridge freezer, bar fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and is equipped to a very high standard as it is stocked for the owner to live in the house full time, not just for self-catering holidays. There is a full set of crockery and utensils to have dinner parties for 10 people. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer and external drying line.

Each bedroom has a high ceiling, fan, and view either over the pool or the surrounding trees and gardens. There are large fitted cupboards with ample storage room. We couldn’t find ready-made cupboards large enough to offer full facilities and make use of the space so we had them hand-built

for every room!

The swimming pool is a generous 8mx6m, floodlit, and surrounded by a large terrace area with 8 Sunloungers and cold shower.

There is secure gated drive with off-street parking for up to three cars.
